Conveyor belts are composite products consisting of rubber, fiber and metal, or plastic and fabric, which are used in belt conveyors for the handling and conveyance of materials.

1. Product introduction

1) Various types of belts
(1) Ordinary conveyor belts (including high-strength nylon conveyor belts) products comply with the GB7984-2001 standard.
Ordinary conveyor belt:
Covering layer: tensile strength not less than 15Mpa, elongation at break = The degree is not less than 350%, the abrasion amount is less than or equal to 200mm3, the average value of the interlayer adhesion strength of the longitudinal sample is not less than 3.2N/mm between the cloth layers, and the thickness between the covering rubber and the cloth layer is not less than 2.1 N/mm. The length ratio is not less than 10%, and the longitudinal reference force elongation of the full thickness is not more than 1.5% Nylon (NN) and polyester (EP) conveyor belts:
Covering layer: the tensile strength is not less than 15Mpa, the elongation at break is not less than 350%, the wear amount is less than or equal to 200mm3. The longitudinal elongation at break of the full thickness of less than 3.2 N/mm is not less than 10%, and the longitudinal reference force elongation of the full thickness is not more than 4%.
(2) Three-resistant conveyor belt (heat-resistant, acid-resistant, and alkali-resistant) products comply with the HG2297-92 standard.
(3) Flame-retardant conveyor belt The product implements the MT147-95 standard.
